Terms of service. Algemene voorwaarden.
These are the ground rules for ordering a print from Voltec Systems 3D. Read them once before you place an order. If anything is unclear, email me and we'll sort it before you pay.
Who's behind this
This is a service operated by Justin van der Werff, based in Alphen aan den Rijn, Netherlands. Contact goes through 3d@voltec-systems.eu. Running as a private operator, not a registered business at this time, so no KVK number and no VAT on invoices.
Placing an order
Every order starts with you sending a file and a description. I review it, send a quote, and only after you accept the quote and pay does printing begin. Until payment lands, nothing is guaranteed and you're free to change your mind.
Pricing and payment
Prices listed on the site are indicative. The quote I send after seeing your file is the final price. Payment is due in full before printing starts. Accepted methods: bank transfer, PayPal, Tikkie. Prices include no VAT, as detailed under "Who's behind this".
Turnaround and shipping
Standard turnaround is three to seven working days from payment to shipment. Estimates are best-effort, not guarantees. Shipping happens through PostNL. Once the package leaves my hands, delivery time is on PostNL. Local pickup in Alphen aan den Rijn is possible on request.
Your file, your responsibility
You confirm that the file you send is yours to print, or that you have permission from whoever owns it. I don't check copyright claims and I'm not responsible for infringement. If a print turns out poorly because the file itself was flawed (bad geometry, unprintable overhangs, incorrect scale), reprinting at my cost isn't guaranteed. I'll flag obvious issues before printing when I spot them.
What I won't print
- Weapons, weapon parts, weapon accessories
- Items intended to cause harm
- Anything illegal under Dutch or EU law
- Items that clearly infringe on active copyrights or trademarks
I reserve the right to refuse any order at my discretion. If I refuse after payment, you get a full refund.
When something goes wrong
If a print fails due to my equipment or my settings, I reprint at no charge. If it fails because of the file, we talk through options. If it arrives damaged, let me know within seven days with photos and I'll work it out with you. Damage during shipping may involve a PostNL claim.
Returns
Custom prints are made specifically for you and are exempt from the standard 14-day EU return right under article 6:230p BW. That means once a print is made to your specification, it can't be returned for a refund unless there's a defect caused by me.
Limits of liability
I do my best to produce prints that match the file you send. I can't be held liable for how a print is used after delivery. Any liability is capped at the amount you paid for the specific order.
Changes to these terms
These terms can change. The version in effect when you place your order applies to that order. Updates are reflected by the date at the top of this page.
Applicable law
Dutch law applies. Disputes get resolved through the competent court in the Netherlands.

Dit zijn de spelregels voor het bestellen van een print bij Voltec Systems 3D. Lees ze voordat je een bestelling plaatst. Is iets onduidelijk, mail me en we lossen het op voor je betaalt.
Wie hierachter zit
Deze dienst wordt gerund door Justin van der Werff, gevestigd in Alphen aan den Rijn, Nederland. Contact via 3d@voltec-systems.eu. Werkzaam als particulier, niet als geregistreerd bedrijf, dus geen KVK-nummer en geen BTW op facturen.
Een bestelling plaatsen
Elke opdracht begint met jou die een bestand en een omschrijving stuurt. Ik beoordeel het, stuur een offerte, en pas nadat je die accepteert en betaalt, start het printen. Tot de betaling binnen is, ligt niets vast en kun je je bedenken.
Prijzen en betaling
De prijzen op de website zijn indicatief. De offerte die ik na beoordeling van je bestand stuur, is de definitieve prijs. Betaling volledig vooraf, voor het printen begint. Geaccepteerde methoden: bankoverschrijving, PayPal, Tikkie. Prijzen zonder BTW, zie toelichting bij "Wie hierachter zit".
Doorlooptijd en verzending
Standaard doorlooptijd is drie tot zeven werkdagen van betaling tot verzending. Inschattingen zijn best-effort, geen garantie. Verzending via PostNL. Zodra het pakket onderweg is, ligt de bezorgtijd bij PostNL. Lokaal ophalen in Alphen aan den Rijn kan op verzoek.
Je bestand, je verantwoordelijkheid
Je bevestigt dat het bestand dat je stuurt van jou is om te printen, of dat je toestemming hebt van de rechthebbende. Ik controleer geen auteursrechten en ben niet aansprakelijk voor inbreuk. Mislukt een print door een gebrekkig bestand (verkeerde geometrie, onprintbare overhangs, verkeerde schaal), dan is herprinten op mijn kosten niet gegarandeerd. Ik meld duidelijke problemen voor ik begin, als ik ze zie.
Wat ik niet print
- Wapens, wapenonderdelen, wapenaccessoires
- Zaken bedoeld om schade aan te richten
- Alles wat illegaal is onder Nederlands of EU-recht
- Zaken die duidelijk inbreuk maken op geldige auteursrechten of merkenrecht
Ik behoud het recht elke opdracht te weigeren. Weiger ik na betaling, dan krijg je het volledige bedrag terug.
Als er iets mis gaat
Mislukt een print door mijn apparatuur of instellingen, dan herprint ik kosteloos. Ligt het aan het bestand, dan bespreken we de opties. Komt het beschadigd aan, meld dat binnen zeven dagen met foto's en ik regel het met je. Transportschade kan een PostNL-claim vereisen.
Retourneren
Maatwerkprints worden specifiek voor jou gemaakt en vallen onder de uitzondering op het 14-dagen EU-herroepingsrecht, artikel 6:230p BW. Dat betekent dat een print op specificatie niet terug te sturen is voor restitutie, tenzij er een gebrek door mij is veroorzaakt.
Aansprakelijkheidsgrenzen
Ik doe mijn best prints te maken die overeenkomen met het bestand dat je stuurt. Ik ben niet aansprakelijk voor hoe een print na levering wordt gebruikt. Eventuele aansprakelijkheid is beperkt tot het bedrag dat je voor de betreffende opdracht hebt betaald.
Wijzigingen van deze voorwaarden
Deze voorwaarden kunnen wijzigen. De versie die gold bij het plaatsen van je bestelling is van toepassing op die bestelling. Wijzigingen zie je aan de datum bovenaan deze pagina.
Toepasselijk recht
Nederlands recht is van toepassing. Geschillen worden voorgelegd aan de bevoegde rechter in Nederland.
